Changing Your Mindset Through Improv

In this fun + interactive course, we will use the skills of improv theatre for navigating + enhancing real life. We will explore topics such as spontaneity, mindfulness, risk taking, + surrendering.

  • Opening up to spontaneity

  • Being completely present + mindful

  • Building a willingness to take risks

  • Learning to surrender your plans

These skills can spark a life-altering shift in mindset, + there will be plenty of laughter + friendship along the way. Marilyn's improv courses have continuously been a favorite for PUGS students.

Marilyn Divine has been an ensemble member of the Brody Theater for 16 years, and an instructor in the Brody's Fundamentals of Improv class for 4 years. She has performed in festivals throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe.
