Many times, content experts are not good teachers. They know a lot and are passionate and they think that's enough. But teaching isn't about content delivery. It's about understanding what the learner needs to know, from the beginning. It's about sparking the desire and giving ability in others to continue learning without you.

This class is for anyone who wants the skill set to effectively share their knowledge and beliefs with others. It is for anyone to wants to advance professionally, be a better parent, or lead an intellectually interesting life.

This class may eventually become a prequisite for teaching at PUGS.

"This class challenges how we teach and train others with a deep understanding of how we really learn. Douglas demonstrates this shift skillfully within the class. Get ready for a fast-paced, fun, and thoughtful day that will change what you do and improve outcomes for those you coach, teach, train, or facilitate." - Judith Sugg

Douglas Tsoi, JD, has been a lawyer, schoolteacher, and climate change activist. He is also the founder of PUGS. For the last twenty years, he saved half of his salary, earning him financial freedom to do what he wants with his time. Which is, of course, running PUGS.
