Even with a great product or service, it can be very difficult for a small business to stand out from the crowd and connect with potential customers. A smart social media strategy can be the difference between success and failure for your small business. And, in an ever changing social media landscape, it's important that you keep that strategy up to date. 

This one-day overview workshop will start with a discussion about how to create a social media marketing plan, including creating a strategy, setting measurable goals, and simple day-to-day organization. Then, we'll get into details about how to use social media channels to promote and support your small business, including which social media channels to focus on. Topics we'll touch on include best practices when posting content, how to pinpoint your target audience, how to promote content on a small budget, and how to determine and report on success. Any remaining time will be spent in a workshop session where participants work on their own social channels with one-on-one help from me!
