Have you ever spent weeks honing a project, just to hand it over to your boss and have them respond, “Well...this isn’t really what I had in mind”?
Argh! You can avoid unpleasant, last-minute surprises like this by providing clarity in goals, responsibilities, and content for each collaborative project...from the beginning!
In this workshop, we’ll explore project management tools and methods to help you joyfully create fundraising appeals, Annual Reports, email campaigns, and any other creative project involving multiple stakeholders.
You will leave with project management tools and template that address your organization’s unique challenges.
You’ll learn how to:
Use a creative brief to get everyone on the same page from the very beginning
Establish desired outcomes and set goals that you can all agree on
Use a data pull worksheet to minimize last-minute hassle with your mailing lists
Create realistic production timelines for print and online communications
Participants will leave with project management tools that address their organization’s unique challenges.
