Use improv theater to gain valuable tools for navigating real life. We will use games, lecture and written assignments to build skills like:

  • Opening up to spontaneity

  • Being completely present & mindful

  • Building a willingness to take risks

  • Surrendering to outcomes

These skills can spark a life-altering shift in mindset, and there will be plenty of laughter and friendship along the way.

Week One: EXPLORING SPONTANEITY.
How to be present & aware.

Week Two: BEING OPEN & FLEXIBLE.
How to surrender your plans & take risks.

Week Three: TRUST.
Using surrender and non-attachment, both onstage and off.

Week Four: DEALING WITH PERFECTIONISM.
Train your inner critic to make room for your creativity.
