Who are you? The practice of improvisation can offer a life-changing perspective shift. In this 8-week course, we will explore relationships, social status, conflict and psychosocial attachments via games and exercises. We'll actively apply our new skills and ideas to constructing and performing original scenes.

This course is appropriate for both newcomers + for students who have completed Improvisation for Transformation 101. By working together in a fun, low-pressure setting, we will make safe space to push ourselves for creative and personal growth.

We'll practice things like:

  • Affirming offers + adding to them
  • Trusting + supporting our scene partner
  • Active listening + being completely present
  • Taking risks + raising stakes
  • Allowing the scene to unfold as it will
